This home fit our family of 13 just wonderfully! Great location by White Sands and Kahalu'u. The kitchen was large and had pots, pans, plenty of cutlery, glasses, 2 coffee pots. You might need to bring some tinfoil or Tupper ware if you plan on cooking and having leftovers. All the bedrooms had air conditioning, ceiling fans, and there were plenty of oscillating fans to go around as well. Bathrooms were nice with plenty of towels, washcloths and beach towels. There were some beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, water shoes, life jackets, and 2 infant float rings. There was also a playpen available to use. There were no fins or snorkel gear. We had fun playing with the board games, cards, and puzzles that were available in the home. The only negative that we had was the wifi was very spotty. But we spent most of our time outdoors, so it didn't affect our trip very much. Overall this was a very well stocked and comfortable home. We enjoyed it here very much.
This house is amazing! It's traditional Hawaii at its best. There's tons of room, it's not cramped in any way. We had spaces we never used! The beach is a 3 min walk away and the pool is perfect to cool off in or hang out at with friends and family!! The house is well stocked and Catherine is very responsive to any needs! Stay here!!!
House was very nice and the rooms large. We were very comfortable (8 of us) and the pool was well equipped with toys for the kids. The only thing that kinda was bad is that the mosquitoes were horrible. We could not use the pool as often as we wanted and we were unable to eat outside on the beautiful deck because of those buggers. Maybe more spraying and vegetation cut away more. We would love to stay there again, but without the mosquitoes. Great price and owner is very nice and helpful. Can't go wrong. Thank you Catherine for lending us your home, my grandchildren wanted to buy the house and move there, lol🤗
This house was great for our group of 13, plenty of space, kids friendly (toys, beach stuff, light pram, high chair, swim vest, portable cot, etc), very close to the beach (even walkable for small kids), pool was a big bonus for us and our kids! Not a modern house, but for the price it was good & clean. Well equipped, except, for some reason there were no dish cloth, cleaning product & no cleaning cloth, so we had to buy some because we were there for almost 2 weeks and had to maintain a bit the kitchen... Only down side for us was that the pool got a bit greeny after few days, but the owner quickly tried to correct the situation... Thanks Catherine!
We had a wonderful time here (5 adults and 5 kids from 3 to 10 years old). The house is very spacious, has everything you need in the kitchen, was clean when we arrived, had plenty of beach stuff, and the pool was perfect. The location was great for us as Magic Sands beach was ideal for our group. We did have a problem with a bedroom air-conditioning unit but the that was quickly and easily resolved by the owner. The only negative was the temperature of the main part of the house during the day. The bedrooms were all cooled with window units but the kitchen/dining/living room areas was quite hot in the afternoon and evening. Since we cooked most meals in the house, we really noticed it. All in all, we would certainly rent here again.
Very nicely located near Kona. Excellent for medium to large sized groups (we had six in our party). Large kitchen and appliances for cooking as wanted and needed. Loved the upper deck patio with breezes. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when needed regarding information about the home and activities on the island.
This home was perfect for our three families (a group of 11). It provided plenty of space for all of us and the "mother-in-law" unit was great for the family with small children. We all enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach even though the high surf made it hard to enjoy the water. The kitchen was large and made group cooking easy; however, the microwave did not work. We also enjoyed having dinner on the deck each night and loved having a table and enough chairs for the whole family to eat together as a family group.
Great location and spacious house, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 teenagers who loved the close proximity to the beach, beach toys, pool and separate games room/kitchen ! The parents greatly appreciated the upstairs kitchen, comfortable lounge and large deck for drinks, dinners and sunsets. The 2 small issues that were a problem when we first arrived were quickly seen to and fixed, thankyou. Mahalo. xx
For a family of nine adults and one four year old, this accommodation met all of our needs for meals, sleeping, and relaxation. The kitchen and eating area was well laid out and the large harvest table was big enough to accommodate all of us for a sit down meal. The upper deck was relaxing in the early morning and late in the evening. The pool became the centre of activity after a busy day of site seeing and shopping. It worked in the early morning as well. The cathedral ceilings on the second level as well as the overall decor gave the house a "Hawaiian" feel. Most of the bedrooms were large enough to meet everyone's needs. There was a sufficient number of beach equipment available to satisfy everyone.
The house was spacious and comfortable for our party of 7. Kitchen was well equipped, everything you would need for the beach was available for our use. Beautiful white sandy Magic Beach was an easy, short walk just down the path from the house. Pool was nice and clean and they had lots of pool toys. The central location made day trips to both the north and south easy. Definitely felt like a home away from home!
We had a group of 10 folks - mostly seniors - but the place provided a very comfortable setting for all other than dealing with the stairs for some. The kitchen was very well supplied enabling us to eat almost all breakfast and several lunches & BBQ dinners at the home. The refrig did get a lot of use & with so many in & out we noticed it was not as cold, That is just the way it is when you have 10 or more folks going in & out half the day. Had we thought of it we should have used ice chest to keep the bottled water in if which we used a lot. The big dining table was the meeting place for many family. conversations. The beach was very, very close & a few took advantage of just going for a short walk in the morning. We did find the upstairs open living area a little warm though we pulled standing fans from bedrooms to keep the flow going. The house was extremely well supplied with beach equipment which saved us lots of money for the few who did water activities. Being in a tropical area we did expect a few critters & they were there but very few & not a bother overall. Okay, football playoffs on - we had several fans who were hoping to see the games but in livingroom the TV only had basic cable. They survived as the home had good wifi & the game was watched on some of our iPads.. We got good use of the fairly new washer & drier which also had plenty of laundry detergent. Had to keep up with the big supply beach towels of which we used quite a few. The location is great for those who want to go either north or south on the island. About 6 mins north from Keaohou Shopping Center with KTA grocery store, drug store, cinema, shops & restaurants. We visited 4 National Historic Parks, Vanilla Farm lunch & tour. Seahorse Farm, Manta Ray Snorkel. Ziplined (check discount sites), Akaka Falls, National Volcano Park & don't miss the most Southern Bakery in the U.S. on the way down to volcano. Beach & pool would be big winners with folks who only want to rest & relax. Owner & property manager were very accommodating & we only needed to contact before, on arrival & after we left.
Thank you for the reveiw and I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. We had a new, top of the line refrigerator enstalled prior to this stay and have not had any issues and can only assume that is was the frequent use. We are extremely dilagent about pest control, monthly pest service and proper screens and doors on all the openings, however the occasional gecko or cockroach may find their way in. This is the tropics so it is truely unavoidable, unless you stay at a hotel. We are happy to offer the lowest price per quest in our entire area, this may come at a small cost, 25 channels instead of 250, but luckily we have great wifi and plenty of DVD's to watch. Thanks again! Catherine
We were here for the thanksgiving holiday with all our children. There were 11 of us total. The house size was perfect for the amount of people we had. It was nice to have the pool in the afternoon, when it was too hot for the beach. The kitchen size was great as well. We were able to cook our thanksgiving dinner without incident. We were disappointed about a couple things. One of the rooms didn't have an air conditioner. It was a downstairs room, and it was very hot and muggy for the 2 people sleeping in it. The refrigerator was a big problem. At one point it was 50degrees. At this point we should have thrown all our meat and dairy out, or risk someone getting sick. We had spent over 400 dollars on food for all of us. The sign to tell us to keep it closed was impossible to follow due to the number of people in and out of it daily. After breakfast alone the temp went up 15 degrees. It is clear the fridge hasn't been cared for in a while. The last item is the beds. Very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. We actually went to Costco and bought new pillows just to make it comfortable for us. Overall I would say 3.5 stars. Not sure we would come back to this house, mostly because of the problems listed above.
Thank you William for the review. The refrigerator situation was very unfortunate. We do have another refrigerator down stairs that we had brought up stairs, hoping to solve the problem. But, I do understand that not having the main refrig working is inconvenient. We were able replace our main kitchen refrigerator with a brand new refrig, so we should never have this problem again! I am happy to refund any money spent of lost groceries. As far as the beds being uncomfortable, this is a first. I will definitely look into that. Aloha Catherine
We had a group of 11 at this wonderful spot and all had a fantastic time. Lots of room and the bedrooms were nice and peaceful for great sleeps. The showers had great pressure and lots of hot water and towels. The house is fully equipped with dozens of pairs of water shoes, snorkelling gear, beach towels, beach chairs....even a large cooler with wheels that we took along to hold our picnic items on our day trips. Washer and dryer were a bonus and worked great. The beach is really as close as advertised with a path across the street. The pool was hours of fun and just the right temperature to cool off and was a big hit with our group and used daily. Everyone in our group would highly recommend this spot - it's the best deal in Kona.
It had everything we needed. We were in Hawaii for my daughter's wedding and there were eight of us staying at the house. We were excited to have a pool to cool off because we knew it was going to be warm, Hawaii is warm and more humid in the summertime. three of the bedrooms have air conditioning so some of us had it pretty cool for sleeping. The house is provided with a lot of fans freestanding and ceiling which really helped keep the air moving. The kitchen has two refrigerators a great stove and oven at all the utensils and cooking supplies you would need. There are items to go in the pool and we left blowup chair for the next folks to use. There are Sand shoes and floaty things, there's a large deck with the barbecue and a great table we had a barbecue for 15 people and it was perfect. We had one little glitch there was a tropical storm coming so we had to postpone the wedding from Saturday till Monday but Monday was a beautiful day and everything turned out fine. The home is huge and it gives everybody their own private space. Also as it says there are beaches that are really close when you can walk to one that's just down the road a bit where we went snorkeling. I would stay there again. The owners and the property manager are very nice people and if you need anything you just give them a call and they will help you immediately
My wife and I love the Hawaiian Islands and have spent time on all of them with the Big Island being our favorite. So renewing our vows after 25 years in this special place only made since. We had a group of 8 family and friends joining us for a small ceremony down in the park next to Magic Sands. This house was a perfect fit for our 9 day stay. The house was well stocked with items to cook, snorkel, and bogie board. The lanai, pool, kitchen, and living area had plenty of space and we never felt crowded. Every evening we would eat out on the lanai and then hang out through the evening talking and staring at the stars. The short walk to the beach (202 steps) was great for snorkeling and bogie boarding. The location was great for access to easily get to anywhere. Our little group of 8 were from all corners of the continental US, so each of us dealt with the heat differently. It was nice to have the big fans so we could circulate air in the house. And having the two upstairs bedrooms with AC was great. The downstairs rooms stayed comfortable with fans. I would recommend this house to friends. It was a nice home away from home. We miss watching the geckos. PS: Loved having the grill on the lanai but they need to get some wire brushes to clean off the grill.
This was our family's second stay at this beautiful house, our first being 5 years ago. Catherine has done a number of upgrades to the property since our last visit (new furniture, AC in the upstairs bedrooms, updated flooring, etc..). In addition to the huge amount of space (more than we actually needed), this house has close proximity to all the things we wanted to see and is across the road from the ocean. The house is very well stocked with items that most other houses we have rented don't have (small things you don't think of, but come in very handy). It really was just like being at a friend's home, rather than a rental property. It is not a surprise that you need to book early to get a spot here. We will continue to make this our Kona home on future trips ! Mahalo Chris
This house would be just right for almost any occasion. Family get together, friends on vacation etc. It is very spacious and well appointed. It was no problem at all to cook dinner for a large group and enjoy it out on the lanai. We were 3 adult couples and we're all pleased with our accommodations. Being able to walk to the beach is a definite plus. This was truly a home away from home.
We stayed in this house, January 14-28. We just loved it. Pics don't do it justice. The kids just loved the pool! All sorts of snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything you can think of they have. Three minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck early in the morning listening to the birds and ocean waves. We were a party of 12 and had more than enough space in this house. Would love to come back one day!
Our group was five couples on the Big Island. We arrived to find everything in great condition and very pleased to find that the property exceeded our expectations. The house was perfectly suited for our group with plenty of room and many special places to find solitude if you wanted to get away from the crowd. The beach was literally only 3 minutes walk. The kitchen and lanai were especially well suited for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked for preparing our own meals which we did often. The lanai was the center of activity. Our only suggestion would be new carpet in the bedrooms and A/C in those bedrooms without it. We had a wonderful time and would love to return on future visits. The owners were very pleasant to work with and responded immediately to any inquiry. This was a really nice house with a great location and super price. Thanks for making our vacation stay at your property special.
This house was awesome!! The house is nicely situated surrounded by palm trees and other vegetation for privacy, lots of room throughout the house, pool was nice and the beach is a five minute walk. There was seven of us on vacation and the consensuses is to visit Kailua-Kona again. And will hopefully rent this house again.
This house was perfect! We had more than enough room, and LOVED the completely equipped kitchen. Just steps to the beach every morning for the moon set and every night for the sunset. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large and airy with the opportunity for privacy, the deck was divine. We had access to lots of beach gear, including towels, with a fully equipped laundry to make our stay easier. Not only extremely close to a wonderful beach, but very central to shopping and exploring as well. With all the windows, air-conditioning was really needed either. The owner was very helpful as well, and I would highly recommend this house for family, couples, or friends.
This is a lovely home; warm and welcoming, spacious with everything you need for a great holiday experience. We were a large group including an 18 month old toddler and there was ample room for sleeping and finding space to be alone if necessary. The large outside dining area was fabulous and it is fenced so that our toddler could run freely and safely and we loved watching the sun setting from that lanai. The owners have even thoughtfully provided amenities for 'fun at the beach', i.e.,Snorkels, masks, lots of beach towels, etc. The home is ideally situated in a quiet, beautifully foliated, neighbourhood but yet within a minute's (literally) walk to wonderful Magic Sands Beach. Each morning, I woke to birds singing. It was heaven! We were in Kona for a wedding. Catherine and Charle's house was located within an easy 10 minute walk from where the wedding party were both staying and where we celebrated the marriage, so visiting back and forth was easy. The pool was actually larger than we expected based on other reviews and was delightfully refreshing on the hottest days; loved by adults and our toddler alike. We had some questions about the functioning of the fridge when we arrived. I appreciated being able to connect with Kaia, the property manager, who was so friendly and prompt at returning my calls. Catherine and Charles were wonderful about taking care of our concerns immediately. While the upstairs bedrooms and suite bedroom have air conditioners, the main living area and downstairs bedrooms do not. Coming from cool weather in Canada, I found the heat a bit overwhelming, but there are many fans which certainly help with cooling and of course, there is the pool! If you are into recycling, you will need to take your recyclables to the depot outside of town towards the airport. We were unsure of how to get there, so more information on directions would be great to include with the general house instructions. In asking for specific suggestions from our group, I got these couple of comments: "the towels in the master bedroom appeared to be discoloured and I wonder if they can be bleached or replaced" and "the stairway from pool area to outside, upper deck is in need of painting. All together it was a beautiful experience. Would we go back? Overwhelming concensus was "absolutely, let's do it soon"!
Just returned from a wonderful vacation on the Big Island. We spent a week at this property and were very happy with the accommodations for our group of 12, including 6 adults and 6 children. The house had plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for our large group, as well as a spacious kitchen/living room/patio/pool with plenty of room for us all to hang out together. The proximity of this home to Magic Sands Beach makes this the PERFECT house for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach is truly within walking distance of the home, which we have found is not always been the case with other VRBO homes that claim to have walking distance beaches. At this house we could make trips back and forth from the house to the beach throughout the day, whenever necessary, because the home is probably less than 1/8 of a mile to the ocean. It was a relief to not have to pack lunches, snacks, etc, as we could easily return to the house whenever we needed to. We spent our time hanging out by the water, boogie boarding, snorkeling at the adjacent park, and watching the sunset. A terrific time was had by all!
Our trip to the Big Island was for several birthdays, a going away party and a reunion. We had a group of eight people (3 couples and 2 singles). The place was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone and at an affordable price. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want and more. We cooked or grilled most of our meals at the house. The lanai was probably our favorite spot, we spent most mornings and evenings socializing here. The birds and geckos were great. The house is centrally located and just a block away from the beach. We truly had a great time here. The house is exactly as advertised. There were a few issues but the owners took care of them immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
The Kona House is every thing it says it is, and the owners are courteous and helpful. It is extremely affordable, clean and within a short driving distance of downtown Kailua shops and farmer’s market. The pluses: We love the roomy open air plan. The house is large and every bedroom (5) has a queen or king bed, and 2 of those has an additional twin. A large patio off the living room offers morning solitude and outdoor eating. A separate lanai on the other end of the house wraps around the upper 2 bedrooms, providing private nooks and crannies. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked every day, including making bread. We did have problems with the refrigerator not staying cold, but the owners were very helpful to try and remedy that problem. The ground floor apartment also has a fridge which was helpful. An office & wireless connection kept us in touch with the outside world. Laundry room was a wonderful addition after long days at the beach. Much of the ground floor is tiled which makes for easy clean up of sand. A chest of snorkel gear was handy, as well as shelves of beach towels and pool noodles. The Kona House is on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, just a few miles south of Kailua. Magic Sands Bch is about a 2 minute walk and is a great boogie boarding beach. Swimming was a little rough in the evenings, mornings were smoother. About 1 mile south is Kahaluu Bch Park, a great snorkeling beach and we saw several turtles there. We tried Honaunau Bch (Two Step), but the snorkeling was too rough for some of our gang, and we ended up back at Kahaluu near the house. Bright green geckos entertained us inside and out. My favorite highlight was waking to a chorus of birds every morning. They seemed to love roosting in the trees & palms surrounding the house. The (one) negative which isn’t a negative if your group is healthy: The Kona House is a house of many stairs which was great exercise for most of us. However, it was a huge factor for our mother who has developed Parkinson’s Disease this past year. Fortunately we had some big dudes and healthy young folk who helped her up and down the stairs every day, and we made it work. But it is a factor to consider if you have older people in your group or wheel chairs. Living/kitchen/dining areas and deck are all on the upper floor, as well as 2 large bedrooms, and is only accessible by tiled stairs - the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It’s a great deal and we loved it!
This home was incredible. We had 7 adults and room for more if needed. The deck was fabulous for happy hours as the sun set down for the night. The pool was great for exercise or relaxation. The kitchen is amazing and we loved the fact you could have 4 to 5 adults cooking at the same time to get dinners prepared fast. Although we had some minor issues the owners came right away to fix them. They were great and punctual. The night of the tsunami we had to evacuate, the owners called us to assist. They explained how and where to go, even though they were evacuating as well. I highly recommend this home for any family - it's perfect! So glad I stayed here for my big 40th birthday.
You can't beat Hawaii as a vacation desintation (in my opinion) and staying at the Kona House was just a cherry topping. The rooms are spacious with almost each bedroom offering an additional sitting space/lanai if couples or families needed a little space/alone time. We especially appreciated the kitchen, deck and grill. We ate all but 3 meals at the house. Sharing dinner on the deck was one of the highlights of our time on Hawaii. Although the word is the pool isn't heated, it was warm and very enjoyable as is the outdoor shower. Spacious closets with hangers. Loved the master suite and bathroom, shower and view!! Magic sands beach was phenom! We would spend the day there and then run down to see the sunset if we wanted a close-up and personal view. Plenty of windows and open air feelling. We did not miss not having air conditioning as the fans and cool nights did the trick. Beds/mattresses superb! Our two grandsons, age 6 each, enjoyed the pool, the gardens, and hunting for geckos. Just a wonderful place! Couldn't have asked for better. Caretaker extremely responsive to any request. Thank you.
We were 8 friends staying there (3 couples, 2 single people) and we had a great time in this house. We had everything we could need during our stay, it was very relaxing, close to Magic Sands and close enough to Kailua-Kona (we still drove into town, the distance to the center is still a bit too much in the sun). Great location for adults and children. Would come back in a heart-beat.
We spent two weeks at this beach house. We had planned on 8 people coming, but instead it was only 6. The house is much larger than it looks on VRBO. There are 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms (two bedrooms share a jack-and-Jill). Each bedroom had a good mattress but the blue room had the best! Only the downstairs bedroom has AC but that did not seem to be an issue for the people in the upper bedrooms. There is a separate office where we set up my laptop for family use. The pool is small, but was perfect for us. There is a HUGE patio with a BBQ where we sat out every night with a glass of wine. The walk to Magic Sands Beach was about 1 minute. This is a popular beach so there were a lot of boogie boarders. The surf here is a little rough so keep a eye on little ones. There are also passion fruit trees and we ate a couple each day. We had only one hiccup while we were there, when we ran out of propane. I called the caretaker and it was resolved within 2 hours. Considering that a hotel room will run you $100 per night minimum, this house is an incredible bargain. We are frequent house renters (finding it a much better value than hotels) but this was the longest we had ever stayed at one place. We felt very much at home. There are tons of pool and ocean toys to use. Lots of books to read. I would definitely recommend it!
This home was great for our family. The separate apartment was perfect for the young couple. They had their own space to get away. The other two bedrooms downstairs were great for our two girls and my wife and I. And the master bedroom was great for the grandfather. There was also another bedroom upstairs. I was worried about having a pool with the two young girls but it was well protected with secure gates. Magic Sands beach was nice with the girls. The sound of the ocean blocked out that you were close to the road and the water was pretty calm in the morning. There always seemed to be turtles in the water while we were there which was nice. Kahaluu was a mile down Ali Dr. and the snorkeling there was great. The house had nearly everything we needed. And the path down to the beach makes for a really quick jaunt. The only downside to the location is that there wasn't more within walking distance. It would have been nice if Jameson's By the Sea had been open. I guess the restaurant has been "Closed for Remodeling" for a couple years. But the shops and restaurants in Downtown Kona are a short drive up Ali.
Our family totally enjoyed our stay at this home. The pictures discribe the home to a tee. The home is very spacious and the pool is small but was very accomodating to our children. The home is very central and we would love to stay here again. I loved the fact that everything was availalbe to us, towels, spices, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and best of all the BBQ. Our family enjoyed sitting outside and having our family meals on the deck. The home is very warm during the day....no air condition...but we enjoyed the heat. As long as you have no problems with heat...it was very enjoyable. Thank you Catherine....for a very memorable stay! From the V.I. family (Canada)
My family of 12 (ranging in age from 3 to 97) had the pleasure of staying at this property in June for a family wedding in Kona. We were so impressed by the property, the cleanliness and the space. We felt at home at the house and only needed to purchase food since the house was fully stocked with everything, from pots and pans to kid's boogie boards and snorkel sets. The 2 children loved the pool and swam in it everyday. The White Sands Beach was the closest beach, and at times seemed too rough for the children. There is another beach further south, Kahaluu Beach Park, closer to the Outrigger hotel, that had a tide pool and was more suited for them. It was perfect for everyone from the kids to my 97 year old grandfather, who loved to sit on the lanai, relax, and share his stories. I've recommended this property 3 times, twice while on the island. We had a lot of extended family staying in Kona for the wedding, at the Kamehameha Hotel and another rental property, and all loved this house. Quick tip: you might want to try finding alternative routes to get to the house. Kona plays host to many marathons on Alii Dr. (one was during our stay) and it was a pain to find another route to the main highway.
We stayed here over the March break and loved the house. It is a very short walk to the beach and back on a quiet street - perfect location. The house was clean and well maintained and the pictures are accurate. The house has everything you need (have a quick look around before you go shopping or you will buy lots of things that you don't need to) and was big enough for 10 people plus (although we only had 8). You may want to bring some DVD's with you if you plan on watching TV, or if you have young kids. The house has cable but there were not a lot of channels for kids. Great deck for evening dining with a large BBQ. All of the appliances inside were high end. Pool was not huge, but was fine for a quick dip at the end of the day. Free wifi was great when doing research on the Iphones to plan our trips. The basement appartment has AC in the bedroom, which is the room we chose (I found it too warm upstairs), but others seemed fine with the temperature. All in all, a great house which we will certainly return to if back on the Big Island.
Our family of 12 ranging from 3 to 74 had an absolutely spectacular time here. The neighborhood was quiet, the accommodations were spacious, the lanai was beautiful with sounds of the ocean thru the amazing foliage. We loved the friendly geckos, cooing doves, and nearness to the Magic Sands beach. Our family will visit again and again. Kona is absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to experience the beautiful Big Island!
While relaxing during my week-long family vacation at this property I felt compelled to tell people just how wonderful it is to be there. The best way to describe it is it felt like my rich relatives had left us the keys to their home. Everything you need is there and MORE...Lots of nice details: Beautiful bed linens and fluffy towels, Fully supplied kitchen, pool toys and beach towels as well as unique teak furniture throughout the house. We enjoyed eating inside around the massive hardwood dining table as well as from the huge patio table with the view of the beach. We all slept so well there and didn't want to leave. The place is clean and well cared for, and doesn't feel at all like a rental! Thank you for sharing your HOME with my family. Dr. A Egan June 2010
