The house is right on Keauhou bay next to the ocean in the Keauhou resort area. 5-10 minutes walk to the resort, beaches, restaurants, shopping center, Fairwind Cruise. It is ideal for a family reunion, birthday, anniversaries, cooperation gathering.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood by the gold course. 5 minutes walk to Keauhou Bay and Keauhou shopping center.

It is 15 minutes to downtown Kona and 20-25 minutes to Kona airport.
