This Oceanfront Condo is at the Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club. It is a gated community directly on the Kona Coast with a pool and tennis courts. It is directly adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course, and within 10 minutes walk to the Kahalu'u State Beach Park and the Keauhou Shopping Center. The condo is also close to Magic Sands Beach and Keauhou Bay, the location of the Sheraton Resort and many snorkel, diving, and whale-watching cruises. Best deal in Kona!!

The condo can accommodate up to 12 people. If you have more than 6, please contact Emmy at KonaHome Vacation. This Oceanfront Condo is at the Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club. This is a ground-floor unit, so you can walk right out the back door to the ocean. There are two bedrooms. The makai (ocean side) master bedroom has a Cal-King bed. The makua (mountain side) bedroom has two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds. There are also two queen-sized sofa beds in the living room. The maximum capacity is 12 people. The master bedroom and living room both have double-door access to the lanai and spectacular views of the ocean and the Kona Coast.

The condo was renovated in 2016. There is a spacious all-granite kitchen with all new appliances and cookware. There is a serving area and outdoor refrigerator on the lanai.

The living room has a big 60" high-def "Smart" TV with Netflix and cable. There's high-speed 100M/10M Wifi, TV with streaming services, and Netflix.

The pool and tennis courts are very well maintained and were renovated in 2016. There are BBQ grills and picnic tables located throughout the condo complex.

There is a high-end Samsung large size washer and dryer in the unit. There is no AC, but the ocean breeze passes through the condo, and there are ceiling fans in every room. The condo is wheelchair accessible, with no steps or curbs anywhere.

Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. Around KKSR: Kahalu’u State Beach Park is ¼ mile to the north on Alii Drive. This marine reserve is one of the best snorkel areas on the Big Island, see page 167 of Big Island Revealed. Also close is Keauhou Shopping Center, besides Longs Drug, you will find a bakery, grocery store, health food store and restaurants. Next to Kahalu’u Beach is the Keauhou Outrigger hotel with bars and restaurants. Kona Country club is just south on Alii Drive for Golf, Keauhou Harbor is only a few miles down the road on Alii Drive where you can reserve deep-sea charters and dive boats.

Bugs: Hawaii is a warm tropical island, and insects are common. We treat the house regularly and encourage our guests to keep food sealed or in the refrigerator and empty the trash daily. Upon request, we can provide additional spraying. Insects are an unavoidable part of the environment, so we do not offer refunds because of the presence of insects.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.


Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. $500 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violation the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.

Disturbances: The premise shall not be used in such a manner as to generate noise (including loud music), which will disturb neighbors, nor will neighbors be harassed or bothered in any way.
