Stunning Ocean View! This beautiful 7 bedroom, 6 bath home with a private pool and an outdoor shower. Unobstructed ocean view of the Kona Coastline. Spectacular stargazing from your own private deck. There's also free WiFi and TVs with streaming services and Netflix.
The house can accommodate up to 24 people.
At the hale...LIVE OUTSIDE! At night the outdoor lanai area around the pool /spa is a wonderful spot to kick back and relax, have a drink and/or dinner, and/or watch the kids play in the pool.
The house has 5 master suites with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All the rooms have AC.

The home is conveniently located close to many amenities which include a plethora of dining options (including the famous Sam Choy), a movie theater and a shopping center, all within a five-minute drive. Numerous resort amenities are available just to the South. The Keauhou Bay area offers great ocean access, scuba diving, and sailing, catamaran, fishing charters, sea kayaking, and outrigger canoeing.
Just a few miles down the shoreline you will find Kahalu’u Beach State Park, famous for its encounters with the graceful green Hawaiian Sea Turtles.
Magic Sands Beach and Kahalu'u Beach Park are BOTH within 1 mile...These two beaches are our absolute favorites on Ali'i Drive and the most popular. This is the best location to the beaches and to enjoy access to the best shopping and restaurants on Kona to Downtown Kailua. Keauahou with the famed manta ray night dives is also about 5 minutes. Right in the middle of everything.
If you are seeking local markets and historical context, downtown Kailua-Kona is approximately a 10-minute drive for easy access to shopping, businesses, waterfront restaurants, and hotels. Watch the people and the cruise ships come and go from the Kailua Pier. Visit the famous Farmer's Market. Enjoy a shaved ice or a cup of Kona coffee, have a light snack or a gourmet meal, buy an inexpensive souvenir or a piece of fine art, book an activity, go for a swim or hang out on the many beautiful beaches.
Up the coast is a busy marina with Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, dolphin and whale watching, and other ocean activities. Ali'i Makai is conveniently located, a great home base to explore the many wonders of the Big Island including Volcano National Park, Mauna Kea Observatory, coffee and macadamia nut farms, artist communities, and more!
This house is close to a highway, but there is a 20 ft high stone embankment that blocks all the sounds from the road. You can read the many positive reviews about this house to see our prior guests praising the quiet and relaxing environment.
If you have 6 people or fewer, you will only rent the three bedrooms in the main house.
If you have 8 or fewer, you will rent the main house plus the master suite Ohana 1 by the pool
if you have 10 people or fewer, you will rent the 5 bedrooms (main house, the master suite Ohana 1 by the pool, and master suite Ohana 2 at the back of the house)
If you have more than 10 people, you will rent the whole house with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathroom

The base rate is for up to 8 people. If you have more than 8 people, we will add a service fee of $40 per night per additional person for futons, linens, towels, etc.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $1000 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violate the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.
Check-In: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4 pm on the day. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for early check-in are $199 for 2 pm check-in, $399 for 12 pm check-in, $499 for 10 am check-in.
Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check-out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving on the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for late check-out are $99 for 12 pm check-out, $299 for 2 pm check-out, $499 for 4:00 pm check-out, $599 for 6 pm check-out, and $699 for 8 pm check-out

Aloha! This is Emmy. I am the owner and manager of these lovely vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona of Hawai’i. I had been working in Silicon Valley for over 25 years and worked as a software engineer and entrepreneur. I founded several startup companies in Silicon Valley, built several successful businesses, and pursued my entrepreneurial dreams there. I loved living in California and still consider it my "Home on the Mainland." My lifelong dream has always been to live in Hawaii - paradise on earth. My first truly memorable experience in Hawaii was my first vacation in Hawaii. I visited each of the Hawaii islands. I fell in love with Kona. The Big Island is the best. There is so much to do here, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, rainforests, waterfalls, and volcanoes to explore, and mountains that almost reach the stars. Besides high tech, one of my lifelong interests has been real estate. I love exploring the properties in every destination I visit. Combining my love for Hawaii and homes, I now own 5 beautiful vacation rental houses. I have put much effort into every house to make them as comfortable and welcoming as your own home.
